Due to the nature of perfumes, attars, and personal fragrance products, Al Afifa Perfumes does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
Customers are requested to carefully review product descriptions, product details, and other relevant information before placing an order.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing due to an error from our side, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with appropriate proof, such as clear photos or an unboxing video.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or compensation.
